Why create another trading/introduction website?

Aussie2Aussie was established to provide a service with an Australian flavour and a uniquely Australian target audience. Many of the sites on the web are international and Australians can be flooded with interesting but largely irrelevant listings. This site will always be an Australian site using Australian terminology, focussed on Australian needs and wants.

How do I know my personal information will not be exploited?

Aussie2Aussie was established with a set of ethical principles that ensure that anti-social, inappropriate and unsound behaviours are monitored and actively discouraged. Data is protected by security measures to minimise inappropriate access and reduce opportunities for commercial exploitation of personal information. Any participants who breach these principles can be deregistered and/or counselled.

How can I load all my goods/jobs faster and without typing the same data over and over?

Aussie2Aussie understands that commercial operators and enthusiastic amateurs may want to load jobs or goods for sale in bulk and hence a spreadsheet option is provided. Log in, then choose the option to advertise jobs or goods. From either page you can select:

Download the appropriate spreadsheet (Jobs or Goods), then once filled in with your data, select the advertise type, then browse to your spreadsheet Upload your advertisements. Follow the format of the jobs or goods spreadsheet exactly and the system will accept the spreadsheet for loading. When entering data into the spreadsheet you will need to ensure all classification and locality data is consistent with the drop down lists embedded in the spreadsheet.
